Welcome to AURA Interiors! These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern your use of our website and the purchase of our furniture products. By accessing our website and placing an order with AURA Interiors, referred to as ‘we,’ ‘us,’ ‘our,’ and ‘AURA Interiors,’ you, the customer, client, or buyer, referred to as ‘you,’ agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
General Information
1.1 Working Hours
Our working hours are from 11 am to 8 pm, Saturday to Thursday, with Friday as our weekly off day. International, National, and Religious Holidays are not considered working days. Working hours may change periodically.
Warranty Claims
2.1 Wood Warranty
We offer a 2-year warranty on wood fixtures starting from the date of delivery.
2.2 Foam Warranty
For foam-related issues, such as mold, the case will be forwarded to the foam company. All foam warranty claims will be handled by the foam company according to their terms and conditions. We use high-quality foam from reputable companies and offer a 5-year warranty on the foam.
2.3 Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, please:
- Review the ‘Terms & Conditions’ to determine if your issue is claimable.

Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue. If emailing, use the subject line format: ‘[Order Number] Claim [Issue].’ Our customer support agent will respond with further instructions.
2.4 Warranty Claims Team
Our Warranty Claims Team handles all warranty claims. They are available from 11 am to 5 pm, Saturday to Thursday. Ensure you contact the relevant department, as failure to do so may result in AURA Interiors not addressing your complaint or claim.
Order Booking
3.1 Advance Amount
A 60% advance payment of the total invoice is required to process your order. Orders will not be processed without this advance payment.
3.2 Design and Fabric Confirmation
After paying the advance amount, you have 24 hours to finalize the fabric type, color, and any design alterations. Once this period expires, fabric and design choices are considered final, and no changes will be possible.
3.3 Other Details
You must provide all necessary details pertaining to your order at the time of booking. This includes specific dimensions, orientation, or any other customization requests. Accurate and complete information is essential to avoid discrepancies. If no additional details are provided, we will proceed with the default design and settings. No alterations will be entertained once manufacturing begins.
3.4 Order Cancellation
3.4.1 Cancellation by Customer
- If no deposit has been made, cancellation incurs no charges.
- If cancellation is requested within 24 hours of deposit, a full refund is provided.
- If requested after 24 hours but before 3 days, 30% of the deposit is deducted.
- If requested after 3 days, 40% of the deposit is deducted.
3.4.2 Cancellation by AURA Interiors
AURA Interiors reserves the right to cancel any order and will notify the customer. In such cases, the entire advance amount will be refunded within 7 banking days.

Ensure you contact the relevant department to ensure proper assistance. Queries not directed to the Sales Department will be forwarded to the appropriate department.
Delivery
We offer doorstep delivery for both in-store and online orders through reliable third-party logistics companies or private contractors. Our delivery service includes placing the items on the ground floor. Additional charges apply for delivery to higher floors.
4.1 Delivery Charges
Delivery charges apply to all orders nationwide. Occasionally, we offer free delivery in select cities. Charges vary based on market conditions, fuel prices, and delivery location. We inform customers about charges in advance.
4.2 Delivery Timeline
We aim to deliver orders within 20-25 working days after processing and advance payment completion. The countdown starts only after the full advance payment is received and all order details are finalized. Delays may occur due to uncontrollable factors like weather, electrical outages, or political unrest. We will notify customers of any expected delays.
4.3 Delivery Policy
Once manufactured, orders should be received within 7 days. If undelivered, warehouse fees apply per day. After 15 days of non-collection, the order is considered cancelled with deductions. Upon delivery, inspect the order for defects within 24 hours. The remaining payment is required to complete delivery.
4.4 Damages in Delivery
If damages occur during delivery, we will arrange for repairs or support claims with the courier company. Delivery timelines may be affected depending on the damage. Delivery-related damages do not qualify for refunds.
4.5 Delivery Timings
An 8-hour delivery window is specified on the scheduled day. Ensure remaining payment is ready, space is available, and someone is present to receive the order.
4.6 Delivery Place
We offer ground-floor delivery as a standard service. Notify us in advance if delivery to higher floors is needed; additional charges apply. We reserve the right to cancel delivery to higher floors if deemed impractical.
4.7 Order Integrity & Respectful Communication
Respectful communication is essential. Orders may be cancelled if a customer uses abusive language towards our crew. In such cases, 30% of the advance payment is refunded.
4.8 Timely Unpacking After Delivery
Promptly unpack furniture upon delivery to avoid potential risks like termite infestation. Delayed unpacking issues are not covered by AURA Interiors. Place furniture in an airy, dry, and cool space.

After order details are finalized, the order is processed. Unforeseen delays will be communicated to customers.
Refund Policy
5.1 Valid Refund Conditions
Refunds are available for:
- Incorrect Product: If the delivered product doesn’t match your order.
- Mismatched Color: If the furniture color doesn’t align with your order.
- Fabric Discrepancy: If the fabric doesn’t match your selection.
5.2 Ineligible Refund Conditions
Refunds are not available for:
- Non-Recommended Customization: Design customizations not recommended by AURA Interiors.
- Fabric Color Variation: Substitution of unavailable fabric color.
- Fully Customized Designs: Custom designs based on customer specifications.
- Post-Delivery Damage: Products damaged after delivery.
- Alternative Hardware Use: Substituted hardware due to shortages.
- Change of Mind: No refunds for products received in pristine condition.
Claims for defects must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Once delivery is accepted, no returns or exchanges are possible.
Imported Goods Policy
Certain raw materials and processed items used in manufacturing are imported and do not carry warranties as per industrial standards.
Payments
Payments can be made in cash, bank deposits, or other available options. A minimum payment of 60% of the total order amount is required to process the order, with the remaining amount due upon delivery.
Manufacturing Procedure and Quality of Products
Our manufacturing process meets industry standards. Customers can verify our quality by placing a smaller order or visiting our physical store(s). Visits to our warehouses are not permitted. Our quality control team conducts thorough inspections at various stages.
Indemnification, Liability Limitations, and Financial Remedies
9.1 Indemnification Obligations
You agree to indemnify and protect AURA Interiors against any losses or claims resulting from your breach of any terms.
9.2 Exclusions and Refund Policy
AURA Interiors is not liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. AURA Interiors maximum liability is limited to refunding the amount charged for the product.
9.3 Limitation of Liability for Unauthorized Use and Information Accuracy
AURA Interiors is not liable for unauthorized use of your account or any inaccuracies on the website. AURA Interiors is not responsible for any delays or inability to use the website.
9.4 Third-Party Products and Services
AURA Interiors is not liable for third-party products or services.
9.5 Sole Liability Restricted to Refunding Charged Amount for Unlikely Liabilities
AURA Interiors sole liability is limited to refunding the amount charged for the product.
9.6 Exclusion of Special, Incidental, and Consequential Damages
AURA Interiors is not liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
9.7 Allowable Scope of Limitations and Exclusions
Limitations and exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Terms of Use Violation
10.1 Consequences of Terms Violation and Available Remedies
AURA Interiors may terminate your access to the website if you violate the Terms. Injunctive or equitable relief may be sought in addition to other remedies.
10.2 Indemnification and Defense Obligations
You agree to indemnify and defend AURA Interiors against any claims resulting from your breach of the Terms.
